 Description: Heap D822 titanium calcium type, cast cobalt chromium tungsten alloy core welding electrodes welding, coating by dipping into the legal system surfacing welding rods, should adopt the AC and DC welding. Deposited metal at 1200 ℃ still has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

 Note: 
 1, before welding electrodes shall be subject to about 200 ℃ bake 1 hour or more re-applied welding. 
 2, as far as possible short-arc welding, and welding work vertical. 
 3, according to the size of the work and the type of base material shall be preheated 300 ~ 600 ℃. Should be low current short-arc welding. 
 4, after welding should be tempered at 600 ~ 700 ℃, after 1 hour of work in the immediate relief of cold or dry and hot sand into the box or kelp in the slow cooling, in order to avoid cracks. 
 5, subject to coarse surfacing layer, if found defective, the above steps and slow cold welding.
