Cobalt Hardfacing Electrodes D802, D812 
 Description: Heap D802, 812 is a titanium calcium type, cast cobalt chromium tungsten (Division Teli) alloy core welding electrodes welding, coating by dipping into the legal system surfacing welding rods, should adopt the DCRP. Deposited metal at 650 ℃ still have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. 
 Uses: Suitable for high temperature and pressure valves, high pressure pump shaft sleeve and inner sleeve and the blade cut fiber equipment, surfacing and other parts of mouth.

 Note: 
 1, before welding electrodes shall be subject to about 200 ℃ bake 1 hour or more re-applied welding. 
 2, as far as possible short-arc welding, and welding work vertical. 
 3, according to the size of the work and the type of base material shall be preheated 300 ~ 600 ℃. Should be low current short-arc welding. 
 4, after welding should be tempered at 600 ~ 700 ℃, after 1 hour of work in the immediate relief of cold or dry and hot sand into the box or kelp in the slow cooling, in order to avoid cracks. 
 5, subject to coarse surfacing layer, if found defective, the above steps and slow cold welding.
