D547 valve welding electrodes meet the GB EDCrNi-A-15 
 Description: D547 is a low hydrogen sodium type, alloy steel core CrNiSi valve welding electrodes, the use of DCRP. Intensive welding of metal depend on silicon, obtained with a certain ferrite austenite, so that it has good resistance to abrasion, corrosion, oxidation and other properties. 

 Uses: 570 ℃ for welding work station the following high-pressure boiler plant of the valve sealing surface, and other sealing parts.

 Note: 
 1. 300-350 ℃ before welding electrodes shall be baked 1h. 
 2. Welding general steel, small pieces of rough, do not preheat, welding, or other large piece of steel to a certain temperature, preheating, preferably 3-4 layers of surfacing layer (hardness, chemical composition and stability.)
