| Detailed Product Description: | D512 valve welding electrodes meet the GB EDCr-B-03 Description: D512 titanium calcium type of valve welding electrode 2Cr13, DC and AC welding technology is good. Surfacing metal is 2Cr13 martensitic high chromium steel. Surfacing with air quenching properties, generally do not need heat treatment, uniform hardness, softening annealing at 750-800 ℃, when heated to 950-1000 ℃ air-cooled or oil quenched re-hardening. Uses: D512 is a versatile surfacing electrode surface, surfacing layer harder than the D502, more wear and difficult to process for welding carbon steel or low alloy steel shaft, superheated steam valves, mixers paddle, screw conveyor blades.
