D608CrMo iron hardfacing electrodes meet the GB EDZ-A1-08 
 Description: D608 is a graphite type coating CrMo cast iron welding electrodes can be AC-DC dual-use, more suitable DC power supply reverse. Deposited metal as cast iron because of the Cr, Mo carbide, thus surfacing layer with higher hardness and wear resistance of sediment and ore with good resistance to wear. 
 Uses: used in agricultural machinery, mining equipment to withstand the impact of sand and minor wear parts.

 Note: 
 1. 250 ℃ before welding electrodes shall be baked 1h. 
 2. Welding preheat when welding pieces of 400-500 ℃; if the thickness of surfacing may be used to allow J507 electrode surfacing layer, and then hot surfacing, slow cooling after welding. 
 3. Surfacing layer can not be cutting, grinding only.
